Raffaella Gambardella graduated in 1988 in law at the LUISS University in Rome, with a graduation paper on intellectual property law. She was admitted in 1993 to the Turin bar.

From 1990 to 2001 she collaborated with the Chair of intellectual property law at the LUISS University, earning a scholarship as a researcher. She subsequently collaborated with the Chair of intellectual property law at the University of Milan.

She is author of several works in intellectual property law, copyright and advertising.

Raffaella has acquired over twenty years’ experience in assisting companies on judicial and extrajudicial matters in the field of intellectual property law, copyright and advertising – including before the Advertising and Antitrust Authority.

Raffaella also assists clients on contentious and non-contentious matters in the field of commercial law (product liability, breach of contract, credit recovery and libel).

Raffaella speaks Italian and fluent English.
